Vincent In his role as head of Massachusetts contested litigation, Vinny is responsible for reviewing documents, preparing and filing motions, responding to motions, filing complaints, responding to inquiries and request regarding ongoing litigation, analyzing counterclaims, and advising clients accordingly. Vinny is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. He represents clients at court hearings and tries cases as well. A graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law with Honors (cum laude), Vincent brings 20 years of lending and banking experience to his position with the firm. He was an advocate of creditors’ rights long before he became an attorney.
